The Martindale NC4 Dual-sensitivity Non-contact Voltage Tester replaces the Martindale VT4 and is designed for detecting the presence of AC voltages. It features a low sensitivity range, 50V – 1000V, and a high sensitivity range, 12V – 1000V. When set to High-sensitivity mode, the LED pulse will double flash.
Inclusion of two sensitivity ranges/ modes allows the user to tailor the Martindale NC4 Dual-sensitivity Non-contact Voltage Tester to suit the application. When a voltage has been detected, the Martindale NC4 Dual-sensitivity Non-contact Voltage Tester’s clear tip will be illuminated by a red LED and a buzzer will sound.
The ergonomic design of the Martindale NC4 Dual-sensitivity Non-contact Voltage Tester expands its scope-for-use. The extended probe tip enables easier access to and identification of live wiring, while its integrated LED torch allows inspections to be conducted in areas with low light.
Furthermore, the Martindale NC4 Dual-sensitivity Non-contact Voltage Tester’s pen-shaped design with clip makes it easy to carry in a pocket or on a tool belt.
In addition to dual-sensitivity and an ergonomic design, the Martindale NC4 Dual Voltage Tester includes practical features such as an Auto Power Off function, a recessed ‘On’ button, and a low battery indicator. These features are designed to preserve battery life and therefore instrument longevity.
The Martindale NC4 Dual-sensitivity Non-contact Voltage Tester is an adaptable, ergonomic and simple-to-use voltage indicator.
