Guaranteed, Weekend & Non-Mainland UK delivery methods are always shipped via a tracked service. Where possible, we also use a tracked service for our Standard delivery method.

Where possible, we aim to send Free and Standard deliveries via a tracked next working day service, however, this is not guaranteed.
Although the majority of Free and Standard deliveries arrive in the time frame stated, please allow 7 working days before contacting us.

Stock & Courier Delays
We aim to dispatch all orders on time, however on rare occasions an item may be out of stock or courier delays may occur. Should this happen we will contact you in advance.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will ship your order via Next Working Day Delivery when it is in stock.
National & Bank Holidays
Our delivery services may be affected by national and bank holidays in the UK.
Part Shipping
Part shipping is an option for UK Mainland only orders.
Bulky Items
Heavy or large items will require a shipping quote from our sales team.
Where possible, we try to make this visible on a product but dimensions and weights aren't always available to us.

Depending on the test equipment ordered and at what time, calibration may delay your order slightly.
