The Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester Elite Bundle Kit & PAT Guard 3 Software includes:
For further information regarding these products, please see the descriptions below.
The Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester is capable of performing the following tests:
Using the Apollo 600+ the user can create up to 100 electrical test and visual inspection sequences. The results gathered by the tester may be saved to its large, internal memory (capacity for up to 50 000 records). In addition to this, the Apollo 600+ includes an integrated colour camera allowing it to capture evidence of visual inspections. These images may also be saved to the Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester’s extensive memory (capacity for 2000 images).
The built-in, colour camera is not available on any of the other models in the Apollo+ series of PAT Testers. This is because, unlike the Apollo 400+ and Apollo 500+, the Apollo 600+ has been optimised for health and safety applications. Therefore it also includes onboard report templates for fire detection and emergency lighting and a universal risk assessment tool designed for recording hazards, calculating risk scores and planning and documenting corrective action.
However, like its sister products, the Apollo 600+ is also optimised for maintaining compliance with the IET 5th Edition Code of Practice. To this end, it includes a risk-based retest period calculator which allows the user to determine the retest period of each appliance according to the IET 5th Edition Code of Practice.
Similarly, like the Apollo 400+ and 500+, this tester can transfer data via Bluetooth to an Android device or to a PC via a USB cable. However, unlike its sister products, the Apollo 600+ can download saved information directly to a USB drive.
Hardware
A practical, easy-to-use tester with a colour, high-definition display, QWERTY keyboard and a removable, interchangeable, rechargeable battery pack which works to reduce downtime. The Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester may also derive power from a mains supply.
In addition to this, the test leads supplied with this unit feature a stronger PVC insulation, this combined with the tester’s robust design and resilient probes make it ideal for more demanding applications.
Firmware
The Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester can be used with the Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Elite 2 Printer (see below), the Seaward Bluetooth 2D Elite Barcode Scanner (see below) or FREE Seaward QR Data View App to read and/or print 2D QR data codes.
The Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester is the most sophisticated, versatile and adaptable of all the PAT testers in Seaward’s Apollo+ range. It is ideal for checking high volumes of portable appliances and for conducting health and safety checks.
As mentioned above, the Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester requires additional tools in order to read and print 2D QR data codes. These tools are included in the Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Elite Bundle Kit:
This selection of products is the ideal accompaniment to the Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester.
The Seaward PAT Guard 3 Software - 1 Year Subscription can be used to manage the results and images taken using the Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester. It is ideal for creating reports and managing assets.
The following users may find Seaward’s PAT Guard 3 Software particularly useful:
Like the Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester, the Seaward PAT Guard 3 Software includes an array of features designed to help with conducting health and safety checks, as well as the comprehensive PAT testing of appliances in accordance with the IET 5th Edition Code of Practice. It includes the following features and capabilities:
The Seaward PAT Guard 3 Software – 1 Year Subscription is ideal for efficiently managing test results and test images, as well as creating a comprehensive array of reports.
