Low Cost, High-Quality PAT Testing
Capable of carrying out all necessary PAT testing, including insulation resistance, ground resistance, and testing of cords/extension leads, the UT528 is simple to use, ideal for everyone from PAT testing beginners to professionals, and provides full test readings as well as PASS/FAIL indication of testing results.
The UT528 is designed with simplicity in mind. On the front of the tester, the device features three buttons to initiate testing, and that's it! Each button is tied to a specific type of measurement and activates specific tests for class I/class II appliances and connected cords. Once pressed and an appliance is connected the UT528 will then test the appliance for overall safety and alert the user if it fails/passes the test.
Comfortable to hold in the hands or capable of standing up vertically by itself, the UT528 is portable enough to be moved easily from test to test and includes an extremely large LCD screen for viewing backtesting results.
This tester is fully suitable for testing Class I, and Class II, cables, power sockets, and IT equipment. Insulation testing can be carried out at either 250V or 500V to test IT equipment safely.
