KANE Theft Protection Cover

An industry-first – If you report your KANE analyser stolen via kane.co.uk on your KAM Dashboard and have a valid Police Crime Reference Number, Kane will replace your stolen analyser free of charge - The replacement will be the same or similar & limited to one analyser per service plan.

If your analyser is stolen, you'll need:

• A Police crime number & Police contact details
• A copy of your original purchase invoice

KANE CARE Included

You automatically receive KANE CARE, Kane's unique after-sales support including Kane's 10 Year No Quibble Warranty, Guaranteed Same Day Service and Freepost to and from KANE. If they don’t despatch your analyser the same working day that they receive it, they will refund that year’s service cost.

KANE Collection & Delivery

Free Royal Mail or DPD service to return your analyser or have it collected. KANE CARE Guaranteed Same Day Service only applies when you use a Royal Mail Service. You can also arrange the return of your recertified analyser for a Saturday. All can be managed through the Kane  Asset Management (KAM) dashboard.

KANE 10 Year No Quibble Warranty

Kane recognises that you’re busy and hate small print – They promise that their KANE 5 Year Service Plan covers anything that might go wrong with your analyser for no additional cost. The only exception is if they judge that you’ve misused or physically damaged your analyser.

KANE Asset Management (KAM) Dashboard

The simplest analyser service & support centre. When your service is due simply, sign in via kane.co.uk & book your analyser in for its service – They will know that your payment’s already been made for the first 5 years.
