New EVSE Testing Capability

The Fluke 1664 Multifunction Tester’s firmware has been updated to support 6mA RDC-DD tests in accordance with international standards IEC 60964 and IEC 62752. Together with Fluke’s FEV300 Test Adapter, this new ability enables comprehensive, accurate, and reliable testing of electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE). It allows you to conduct all necessary tests in one go and meet the evolving needs of the EVSE market.

In addition to the above, the Fluke 1664 Multifunction Tester features an Auto Test function, ring testing, High-current Loop mode, Pre-test function, earth volt touchpad, and a zero adapter. Functions and tests are easily selected using the rotary dial.

Measurements are indicated on the large, backlit display and may be saved to its three-layer memory. Data can be downloaded to a PC and organised using the supplied Fluke TruTest Advanced Software. Alternatively, readings may be wirelessly transferred to a smartphone or tablet with the Fluke Connect App installed.

Fluke TruTest Advanced Software Overview

Designed to enable hassle-free data management and report creation, the Fluke TruTest Advanced Software is an intuitive reporting and data management program. It utilises tree topology and a dashboard interface to preserve testing and reporting flexibility while making it easy to manage large networks of clients, sites, locations, and appliances.

Data can be easily and quickly imported from the Fluke 1664FC MFT to Fluke’s TruTest Advanced Software. From here it can be managed and organised to create reports and certificates (national and international report templates are available at the push of a button) with your company logo and electronic signature. It’s also possible to input data manually into the Fluke TruTest Advanced Software.

In addition to data management and report creation, the Fluke TruTest Advanced Software can be used to ensure you and/or your technicians gather all the relevant data at each job. It offers a range of auto-tests for you to choose from as well as the option to create your own auto-test.

The Fluke TruTest Advanced Software can be used to secure data collection, streamline data management, and simplify report creation.
