Wöhler VIS 300 Visual Inspection Service Camera

The Wöhler VIS 300 Visual Inspection Service Camera is a video inspection camera suitable for checking lines, pipes, cavities and industrial systems for damage. The Wöhler VIS 300 Visual Inspection Service Camera can be used to inspect the following:

• Wastewater lines with a diameter of 70mm and larger
• House connections with a maximum diameter of 200mm
• Flue gas systems with a diameter of 60mm and larger
• Ductwork
• False ceilings, hollow spaces and shafts

There are two versions of the Wöhler VIS 300 Visual Inspection Service Camera available. These versions differ in regard to the length of their push rods; please see the table below for further information.

The Wöhler VIS 300 Visual Inspection Service Camera’s optics pan 360° and tilt 180° to ensure the user can find all possible damage, regardless as to how small it may be. The level and the angle of the camera head are displayed digitally on the bright TFT colour monitor with CCS-image (Cristal Clear Screen) technology. Via this display, the user can also view the date, time and digital meter-counter, as well as sharp camera footage.

The Wöhler VIS 300’s camera head has a diameter of 40mm and a length of 60mm. It can easily navigate tight bends and features twelve white LEDs for illuminating pipes, lines and spaces. The colour camera head also includes an integrated transmitter which allows it to be precisely located using Wöhler’s L200 Locator. This allows the user to pinpoint damage within the pipe which is particularly useful when inspecting systems under floors and in ceilings.

Finally, the Wöhler VIS 300 Visual Inspection Service Camera is housed in a robust, plastic case and can be powered by a rechargeable battery for up to 120 minutes. It is able to accommodate a maximum of two rechargeable batteries which provide a total of 2x 120 minutes of operating power.
