Insert the UNI-T UT07A into a standard British 3 pin socket and it'll quickly determine if there's problems with internal wiring.
Depending on the condition of the socket you're testing, different LED light indicators will illuminate on the front of the UT07A socket tester. A handy guide on the front of the tester clearly shows the different indicators so you always know exactly what the problem is.
The UT07A is capable of determining the following socket wiring statuses:
- Correct Wiring
- Missing Earth
- Live Earth Reverse
- Live Neutral Reverse
- Missing Neutral
