The UNI-T UT81C Scope Digital Multimeter is a compact piece of equipment capable of taking a comprehensive range of measurements. It can be used to measure AC voltages of up to 750 volts in four measurement ranges, and DC voltages of up to 1,000 volts in five measurement ranges. It can also measure AC and DC currents of up to 10 amperes in six measurement ranges.
In addition, this UNI-T UT81C Scope Digital Multimeter can measure up to 40 mega ohms of resistance in six measurement ranges, and up to 100 micro farads of capacitance in five measurement ranges. It can also be used to measure frequencies of between 10Hz and 10MHz.
This multimeter is very straightforward to use thanks to its simple dial control. The large dial in the centre of the body is used to select the type of measurement you wish to take, and also to turn the device on and off. There are also 12 buttons located above the dial, which allow you to use the various functions and settings on the device. This digital multi meter also has four ports, including a COM port.
There are lots of great features and functions programmed into this handheld multimeter, which aim to make obtaining measurements as simple and effective as possible. The meter is capable of conducting diode tests, and of detecting continuity. It also has an automatic power off feature, and the capacity to store 10 pieces of data. The screen of the device is fitted with a backlight, allowing optimum visibility of results.
