TPI DC710 Smart Combustion & Flue Gas Analyser
The TPI DC710 can be used with the user’s smartphone or tablet and the TPI app to perform remote flue gas analysis. Communication between the user’s smartphone or tablet and the analyser is facilitated by Bluetooth. This removes the need for long probe hoses.
In addition to this, the TPI app allows the user to create on-site reports using the measurements acquired by the Flue Gas Analyser. These reports can be emailed to colleagues and/or clients thereby facilitating paperless operation.
It is able to measure CO and temperature differential; it is also capable of calculating the following parameters:
- CO2
- CO air free
- Excess air
- Combustion efficiency
Further to this, it also features the following gas and temperature ranges:
- Oxygen (O2): 0-25% (accuracy: ± 0.3%)
- Carbon Monoxide (CO): 0-10 000ppm (accuracy: ± 5ppm or 5%, whichever provides a greater accuracy)
- Temperature: -50°C to 1000°C/ -58°F to 1832°F (accuracy: ±0.3% of reading + 1°C/ ±0.3% of reading +2°F)
This instrument also features an integrated 24-hour, real-time clock, allowing the Flue Gas Analyser to document results accurately.
It is intended for remote operation in rugged environments it is equipped with a durable, sealed housing and a powerful magnetic and/or hook mount.

TPI SP620 Differential Pressure Meter Smart Probe
The TPI SP620 Differential Pressure Meter Smart Probe is a dual input manometer with an input range of ±150 mbar and compatibility with TPI’s Smart Probe App (NOT included).
The TPI Smart Probe App allows the user to view pressure measurements in real time. Results are displayed in either a numerical or graphical format. When set to display results in a numerical format, measurements can be viewed in one of the TPI SP620 Differential Pressure Meter Smart Probe’s seven measurement units, these include mbar, inH2O, kPa, PSI, mmHg, inHg and mmH2O.
The TPI SP620 Differential Pressure Meter Smart Probe has a resolution of 0.01 mbar and an accuracy of ± 0.05 mbar (0 to 1 mbar)/ ± 1.5% +20 digits (> 1 mbar). Also working to ensure the TPI SP620 Differential Pressure Meter Smart Probe’s accuracy is its temperature compensation function and Trim mode which stabilises fluctuating pulse readings. Its one-touch Zero function also ensures that measurements can be conducted accurately, efficiently and repeatedly.
In addition to viewing readings in a graphical or numeric format, the TPI Smart Probe App can be used to save results in a CSV file. It can also be used to send reports to clients or colleagues via email and may be used to store important customer information.
The measurement capabilities and app compatibility of the TPI SP620 Differential Pressure Meter Smart Probe make it suitable for the following applications:
- Testing duct pressure
- Performing static pressure checks
- Adjusting appliance regulators
- Testing pressure switches on a two-stage gas furnace in both positive and negative pressures
- Setting delivery pressures
- Performing leakage ‘shut-in’ tests
- Performing regulator adjustments for pressure and lock-up tests
- Checking air filters by measuring the pressure drop
