The TPI DC710 Smart Combustion Analyser is a flue gas analyser that can be operated remotely via Bluetooth, using a smartphone or tablet with TPI’s free app installed. The TPI App is available for free download from the App Store or Google Play. This analyser can be used to measure CO levels and temperature differentials. In addition to this, it is capable of calculating CO2 levels, CO air free, excess air and combustion efficiency. Please see the video below for a quick introduction to this product. This instrument also includes an integrated 24-hour clock allowing readings to be documented accurately; using this clock the readings can be date- and time- stamped. Measurements can also be GPS-stamped, and, when used with the free TPI App, can be used to create on-site reports.
Documentation generated using the free TPI App can be sent to as many individuals as necessary via email. Alternatively, reports and results can be printed via the TPI A740BT Bluetooth Printer (sold separately). It is possible to create multiple reports for a single job using the TPI App’s Job Management feature.
As the TPI DC710 can be operated remotely using the TPI App, this removes the need for long probe hoses, adding to the convenience and practicality of this instrument. Further to this, it can be fixed into position using a powerful magnetic and/or hook mount, whilst its hardy, sealed housing makes it suitable for rugged environments. All these practical and convenient features work to extend the analyser’s scope-for-use.
The TPI DC710 Smart Combustion Analyser is a versatile, adaptable and practical flue gas analyser. It is ideal for engineers.
The TPI A770 Combustion Flue Probe with Temperature is designed for use with the above TPI DC710 Smart Combustion Analyser. It features an integrated type-K thermocouple. Like the above combustion analyser, the TPI A770 has been optimised for use in challenging environments. To this end, it includes a water trap and filter. This temperature probe also features a depth stop and a moulded handle for ease-of-use.
Overall it is a rugged, effective, easy-to-use addition to the TPI DC710 Smart Combustion Analyser.
