The TPI 9084 Smart Vibration Analyser automatically performs vibration analysis based on the machine's running speed to diagnose faults such as unbalance, misalignment, and looseness. It can also determine the degree of bearing wear. Vibration measurements are gathered from pumps, motors, fans, bearings, and other assets; the data is displayed in vibration frequency plots. The TPI 9084 Smart Vibration Analyser features an 800-line spectrum with zoom and cursor. It also includes built-in colour-coded ISO alarms; vibration values are displayed alongside these alarms and Bearing Damage Units for easy identification of bearing problems. Furthermore, integrated band filters allow you to diagnose unbalance, misalignment, and looseness problems easily.
Moreover, the supplied VibTrend PC software can be used to monitor, analyse, and trend data, as well as create reports, allowing you to monitor vibration severity and bearing condition. Data can be downloaded from the TPI 9084 Smart Vibration Analyser to a PC using the USB docking station.
