A simple-to-use vibration monitoring and analysis tool, the TPI 9080-Ex Intrinsically Safe Vibration Analyser automatically performs vibration analysis functions based on the machine running speed to help diagnose faults such as unbalance, misalignment, and looseness.
Vibration signals, vibration frequency plots, and BDU readings are indicated on the 800-line FFT display, allowing you to take vibration measurements and monitor vibration severity and bearing conditions. VibTrend software can be used to trend data. The TPI 9080-Ex Intrinsically Safe Vibration Analyser also includes ISO built-in alarms and band filters:
Data can be transferred to a PC using the TPI 9080-Ex Intrinsically Safe Vibration Analyser’s integrated USB docking station.
The TPI 9080-Ex Intrinsically Safe Vibration Analyser also includes an intrinsically safe cable-mounted accelerometer with a magnet as well as built-in Bluetooth communication which enables use with optional Bluetooth headphones for listening to bearing noise. Furthermore, an optional strobe attachment means you can determine machine speed.
Finally, the TPI 9080-Ex Intrinsically Safe Vibration Analyser is housed in a ruggedised IP67 case. It is an easy-to-use, economical yet dynamic maintenance tool suitable for hazardous environments. The TPI 9080-Ex Intrinsically Safe Vibration Analyser can maximise machine uptime and productivity while lowering repair/maintenance costs by finding faults before they become failures.
