The TPI 9050 UltraVision Acoustic Imager is an ultrasonic camera with a 128-channel MEMS microphone array, 8MP digital camera, and 2kHz to 48kHz frequency range. It has a 62° acoustic and visual field of view and an audible detection distance of 0.3m to 120m. The TPI 9050 UltraVision Acoustic Imager is ideal for pinpointing bearing and lubrication problems; identifying electrical panel and wiring connection issues; and locating air, steam, vacuum, and gas leaks.
Ultrasonic sound is captured by the TPI 9050 UltraVision Acoustic Imager’s microphone array. Subsequently, it is converted into a sound map which is overlaid onto the digital image, allowing you to find faults swiftly, simply, and safely. The combined picture is visible on the TPI 9050 UltraVision Acoustic Imager’s seven-inch, 1024 x 600px touchscreen display. Furthermore, images and footage may be saved to the TPI 9050 UltraVision Acoustic Imager’s 8GB internal storage which may be expanded to 64GB using a TF memory card.
Finally, the TPI 9050 UltraVision Acoustic Imager is equipped with a Leak Quantification function. Once a leak is detected, the camera will provide an immediate estimation of the annual cost of the untreated leak.
