The TPI 390a can be used to determine water purity, calculate the amount of salt in food, measure salt intake, check filtration systems for inefficiency and much more.
This tester checks both the amount of salt in a liquid solution and the value of TDS (total dissolved solids) including calcium, magnesium, carbonate, chloride and nitrate in water. It can test salt content between a range of 0.01 to 5.0% and TDS values across a range of 0 to 999ppm (mg/L).
Using is simple, just clean the sensor thoroughly then place inside a solution. Use the mode function to choose what measurement you'd like and the value will be displayed on the built-in screen. This value can then be temporarily stored on the screen using the data hold button.
