The Testo Smart Probes Mould Kit can be used to identify areas that are susceptible to mould. It consists of the Testo 605i Thermohygrometer Smart Probe and Testo 805i Infrared Thermometer Smart Probe, allowing the user to measure ambient and surface temperatures, as well as relative humidity. These data logging smart probes communicate their readings wirelessly via Bluetooth to the user’s smartphone or tablet. They are viewable via the Testo Smart Probe App and are displayed in either a graph or chart.

Using the Testo Smart Probes App, the operator can save measurement data in PDF or Excel files which may be sent to relevant persons via email, along with photos of the inspected area. This app will also evaluate results and indicate the risk of mould using a traffic light system (red, yellow, green).

Testo 605i Bluetooth Thermal Hygrometer Smart Probe/ Data Logger Description

The Testo 605i Bluetooth Thermal Hygrometer Smart Probe/ Data Logger can be used to measure air humidity and temperature in rooms, ducts and air conditioning system humidifiers. Its bendable probe head provides access to difficult-to-reach areas.

When used in conjunction with the Testo Smart Probe App the dew point and wet bulb temperature are automatically calculated. Additionally, when the Testo 605i Bluetooth Thermal Hygrometer Smart Probe/ Data Logger is used with this app as well as the Testo 805i Bluetooth Infrared Thermometer Smart Probe/ Data Logger, the operator is able to ascertain the risk of mould using a traffic light principle.

Data is wirelessly transferred via Bluetooth to the Testo Smart Probe App installed on the user’s smartphone or tablet. The Testo 605i Bluetooth Thermal Hygrometer Smart Probe/ Data Logger has a Bluetooth range of 100m, making it suitable for long-distance applications.

Testo 805i Bluetooth Infrared Thermometer Smart Probe/ Data Logger Description

The Testo 805i Bluetooth Infrared Thermometer Smart Probe/ Data Logger can be used to perform remote, non-contact temperature measurements of walls, as well as fuses and components in air conditioning systems.

The Testo 805i Bluetooth Infrared Thermometer Smart Probe/ Data Logger will indicate the measurement area using a laser circle consisting of eight dots. Using his/her smartphone the operator can capture an image of the measurement area highlighted by the laser circle to be saved with the temperature readings sent to the Testo Smart Probe App via Bluetooth.

Additionally, using this app and the Testo 605i Bluetooth Thermal Hygrometer Smart Probe/ Data Logger the operator can determine the risk of mould. The degree of risk is illustrated using a traffic light system (red, yellow, green).

Moreover, the user can adapt the Testo 805i Bluetooth Infrared Thermometer Smart Probe/ Data Logger to suit the application using the Testo Smart Probe App's table of emission levels for various materials
