Testo 106 Penetration Food Thermometer w/ Optional Case

Ideally suited for use in the food industry, this penetration thermometer allows you to easily evaluate the core temperature of food, or other penetratable substances.

Fully dishwasher proof with IP rating of IP67, this thermometer is able to measure temperature from -50 to 275°C with a high degree of accuracy. It responds extremely quickly to temperature changes thanks to fast measurement rate of 2 seconds, and includes both fully adjustable high and low temperature alarms. These alarms are both audible and the 106 also flashes an LED light when alarm limits are exceeded.

The Testo 106 also contains a slim penetration probe, minimising damage done to tested foods. To measure, simply insert the probe and the 106 will automatically calculate and hold a final value on the screen for easy measurements.
