A lightweight, easy-to-use, stand-alone leak-detection solution, the FLIR Si124-LD Plus Industrial Acoustic Imaging Camera can locate pressurised leaks in compressed air systems up to ten times faster than traditional methods. It is ideal for maintenance, manufacturing, and engineering professionals.
Building on the success of the FLIR Si124-LD, the FLIR Si124-LD Plus Industrial Acoustic Imaging Camera offers:
Equipped with 124 microphones, the camera captures ultrasonic sound generated by compressed air/gas leaks and converts this into a sound map which is overlaid onto a corresponding digital image. These high-resolution acoustic images allow you to pinpoint the exact source of leaks even in noisy, industrial environments. You can also view the leak rate in l/min or CFM in real-time. An auto distance tool allows you to quantify leaks accurately to as low as 0.004 l/min. To ensure precision and improve ease of operation, the Acoustic Imaging Camera’s auto filter automatically selects the best frequency range to detect the smallest leaks.
In addition to locating leaks quickly, it includes a plugin that allows you to import acoustic images to FLIR’s Thermal Studio suite for editing, analysis, and advanced report creation. Alternatively, you can analyse acoustic images and create reports in the field using FLIR’s Acoustic Camera Viewer Cloud service.
Lightweight and ergonomically designed, the FLIR Acoustic Imaging Camera supports one-handed operation. Furthermore, its adaptable design ensures images can be clearly viewed in both dark and light conditions. This simple-to-use ultrasonic imager requires minimal training to operate.
It can be used to minimise costs resulting from compressed air leaks by:
When used as part of a regular maintenance routine, the simple-to-use, sensitive, sophisticated FLIR Si124-LD can help facilities save money on energy and repair bills.
