Offering camera control, image streaming over Ethernet, and the flexibility to perform analytics and raw data collection, the FLIR A70 Image Streaming Automation Thermal Camera is a fixed-focused, infrared-imaging, temperature-measuring automation camera. It is perfect for optimising process and quality control; improving yield and efficiency, as well as lowering costs. Also available with a selection of lenses and a range of optional extras.
Featuring a 640 x 480px IR resolution, -20°C to +1000°C temperature range, and ±2°C/2% approximate accuracy, the FLIR A70 Image Streaming Automation Thermal Camera can deliver detailed, low-noise thermal imaging with embedded temperature readings. 16-bit image streaming and a temperature linear mode enable temperature data to be extracted from each pixel.
It also supports compressed radiometric streaming. It can also be configured to include an optional visual camera enabling it to perform MSX imaging which overlays digital details onto thermal images allowing you to identify targets/objects easier. Please contact our Sales Team for more information.
FLIR’s image streaming configuration is ideal for those wanting to collect raw data but perform analytics using their own application. The image streaming configuration supports the following functions and features:
GigE Vision and GenICam compliant, the FLIR A70 Image Streaming Automation Thermal Camera provides trouble-free integration. It supports camera control and thermal/visual image video streaming into third-party machine vision applications. Advanced firewall protection and an SNMP trap mean multiple network devices can operate together securely. Additionally, it can be configured via a standard web browser. Optional Wi-Fi and ONVIF S compatibilities are also available; please contact our Sales Team for further details.
Designed to withstand harsh environments (IP66-rated), fitted with heavy-duty M8/12 connectors, and compatible with multiple mounting options, the lightweight and small unit can be easily installed in a variety of challenging and dynamic settings.
Flexible, reliable, and durable, the FLIR A70 Image Streaming Automation Thermal Camera is ideal for optimising processes, ensuring quality, and improving efficiency while decreasing costs.
