It is an infrared-imaging automation camera with image streaming software available with a choice of lenses and a selection of optional extras.
Image Streaming Configuration
FLIR’s image streaming configuration is ideal for those wanting to collect raw data but perform analytics using their own application. The image streaming configuration supports the following functions and features:
- GigE Vision
- GenICam
- Digital I/O
- Power over Ethernet (PoE)
- Motorised Focus
- Built-in web interface
- Optional IP66-rated design
- Optional Wi-Fi
- Optional Visual Camera with MSX
Thermal Imaging
With an IR resolution of 464 x 348px and a total measuring range of -20°C to +1500°C, it is ideal for identifying potential issues before failure, preventing fires, optimising process control, and improving quality assurance. A motorised focus ensures accurate temperature readings of objects both near and far, with the FLIR A500 able to deliver an accuracy of approximately ±2°C/2%. Furthermore, compressed radiometric thermal image streaming makes it possible to connect multiple cameras and/or share footage over Wi-Fi.
FSX® (Flexible Image Enhancement) technology, which increases the contrast in even-temperature scenes and enhances edge detail in low light, is available as an optional extra. Please contact our Sales Team for further details.
Easy to Integrate
Designed to meet your site’s specific requirements and seamlessly integrate into your monitoring system, the FLIR A500 Image Streaming Automation Thermal Camera is GigE Vision and GenIcam™ compliant. It also supports GigE and RTSP data streaming protocols and is compatible with third-party SDK and application software support. Linear temperature output simplifies the use of temperature data with third-party software. Optional multi-image streaming also allows the camera to integrate simultaneously with VMS and measurement applications.
The FLIR A500 Image Streaming Automation Thermal Camera is a powerful, flexible, reliable temperature-measuring automation camera.
