FLIR A400 Automation Thermal Camera
Accurately identify thermal issues throughout manufacturing processes with the FLIR A400 Automation Thermal Camera with Image Streaming configuration. This infrared-imaging automation camera with image streaming software can identify potential issues before failure, prevent fires, optimise process control, and improve quality assurance. It is available with a range of lenses, select which one you require from the drop-down menu above when purchasing.
Thermal Imaging Capabilities
The FLIR A400 Thermal Camera has an IR resolution of 320 x 240px and can measure temperatures between -20°C and +1500°C to an approximate accuracy of ±2°C/2%. It delivers compressed radiometric thermal image streaming, making it possible to connect multiple A400 cameras and share footage via Wi-Fi, and includes a motorised focus to improve the accuracy of temperature readings for objects both near and far.
The camera can be configured to include FSX® (Flexible Image Enhancement) technology (an optional extra) which increases the contrast in even-temperature scenes and enhances edge detail in low light.
Image Streaming Configuration
FLIR’s image streaming configuration is ideal for those wanting to collect raw data but perform analytics using their own application. The image streaming configuration supports the following functions and features:
- GigE Vision
- GenICam
- Digital I/O
- Power over Ethernet (PoE)
- Motorised focus
- Built-in web interface
- Optional IP66-rated design
- Optional Wi-Fi
- Optional visual camera with MSX
Easy to Integrate
Designed to integrate seamlessly into monitoring systems that meet your site's specific requirements, the FLIR A400 Image Streaming Automation Thermal Camera is compliant with GigE Vision and GenIcam™. It also supports GigE and RTSP data streaming protocols and is compatible with third-party SDK and application software support. Furthermore, a linear temperature output simplifies the use of temperature data with third-party software.
When configured to include multi-image streaming (an optional extra), it can simultaneously integrate with VMS and measurement applications.
Delivering unmatched power and flexibility, the FLIR A400 Image Streaming Automation Thermal Camera is ideal for the most complex remote monitoring and temperature measurement objectives.
