It is compact, light, and easy to use and will automatically detect if a transformer has been connected incorrectly. Provided with a proving unit to ensure correct operation, safety is at the forefront of the T&R TPT9000 Transformer Polarity Tester’s design; it features fused test leads and is supplied with a protective case. Supply Requirements | The TPT9000 requires a single PP3 9V battery to operate. The battery level is automatically monitored, and the device will not perform a test if the battery voltage is below a useable level. |

Overload protection | Each of the test leads must be fitted with a F500mA HRC fuse. This must be replaced with a fuse of the same type. |
