These Sofamel analogue voltage detectors indicate to the operator if there is an electric field through direct contact detection to guarantee that the area is safe for work. The self-checking system uses an incorporated piezoelectric generator. Two instruments are available to choose from with either 5 to 36 kV or 5 to 66 kV.
