The Siglent SSG3000X RF Signal Generators are analogue signal creators and have a frequency range of 9kHz to 2.1GHz/ 3.2GHz (model dependent) with a resolution of 0.01Hz. They are able to provide high accuracy and pure outputs, and, as a result, are ideal for use in research and development, education and manufacturing.
There are four Siglent SSG3000X RF Signal Generators available which vary in regards to their frequency ranges and available modes, the Siglent SSG3000X-IQ models include an IQ mode; please see the table below for further information.
Frequency Range | SSG3032X | SSG3021X | SSG3032X-IQE | SSG3021X-IQE |
CW MODE 9 kHz~3.2 GHz | CW MODE 9 kHz~2.1 GHz | CW MODE 9 kHz~3.2 GHz | CW MODE 9 kHz~2.1 GHz | |
n/a | n/a | IQ MODE 10 MHz~3.2 GHz | IQ MODE 10 MHz~2.1 GHz |
When used with a Siglent SDG6000X Baseband Generator, the Siglent SSG3000X-IQ RF Signal Generator models can create IQ modulated signals.
The Siglent SSG3000X RF Signal Generators can provide normal analogue modulation, such as AM, FM and PM, with an internal or external or internal and external source. Additionally, these instruments can provide pulse modulation and feature a sweep-frequency function. An OPTIONAL Pulse Train Generator is also available, please call for details.
In addition to this, the Siglent SSG3000X RF Signal Generators can perform USB-power meter measurements.
The Siglent SSG3032X-IQE RF Signal Generator can be seamlessly connected to Siglent’s SDS series of Digital Oscilloscopes. They also feature standard PC interfaces/ connections including USB Host, USB Device (USB TMC), and LAN (VXI-11, Socket, Telnet); additionally, the Siglent SSG3000X RF Signal Generators are able to support an OPTIONAL GPIB interface.
Data is viewable via the 5-inch, TFT, touchscreen display. The Siglent SSG3000X RF Signal Generators can also be operated via this display, alternatively, these instruments include support for an external mouse and keyboard, as well as operation via a web browser remote control on a PC and mobile terminals.
The Siglent SSG3000X RF Signal Generators are adaptable and accurate analogue signal creators suitable for a variety of R&D, education and manufacturing applications.
