Please note that the Siglent SDS5004X Digital Storage Oscilloscopes can be purchased with the following OPTIONAL features (please call for details prior to purchase):
All of the Siglent SDS5004X Digital Storage Oscilloscopes have a maximum real-time sampling rate of 5GSa/s and a maximum record length of 250 Mpts/ch. Additionally, Siglent’s SPO technology equips these scopes with a maximum waveform capture rate of 110 000 wfm/s in Normal mode and 500 000 wfm/s in Sequence mode.
Sequence mode, as well as the Siglent SDS5004X Digital Storage Oscilloscopes’ History, Search and Navigate functions, allows the user to capture, save and analyse extended waveforms. The History function can capture waveforms up to 100 000 frames in length. The Sequence mode divides the waveform into multiple segments according to the user-defined trigger conditions. The Sequence mode can divide the waveform into a maximum of 100 000 segments and includes very little dead time between each segment to ensure that qualifying events are captured.
In addition to History, Search and Navigate, the Siglent SDS5004X Digital Storage Oscilloscopes includes data analysis functions such as Counter, Bode Plot and Digital Voltmeter. These scopes have a voltage range of 0.5mV/div to 10V/div and low background noise. It also includes a Maths function which consists of 2 Mpts FFT, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, integration, differential and square root and is able to support the formula editor. The Siglent SDS5004X Digital Storage Oscilloscopes also support a high-speed, hard-ware based Mask Test function with a mask editor tool for creating user-defined masks, and power analysis high-speed, hardware-based Average, ERES (Enhanced Resolution) functions.
Additionally, the Automatic Measurement function can be used to take automatic measurements for over fifty parameters. The Automatic Measurement function supports statistics with histogram, trend, gating measurements, maths measurements, history measurements and ref measurements.
Furthermore, the Siglent SDS5004X Digital Storage Oscilloscopes include an innovative trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter. The Siglent SDS5004X Digital Storage Oscilloscopes’ trigger system is able to support a variety of trigger modes including Serial Bus Triggering which, in turn, supports I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, CAN FD, FlexRay, I2S and MIL-STD1553B decoding protocols. Other trigger models supported by the Siglent SDS5004X Digital Storage Oscilloscopes, include Edge, Slope, Pulse, Window, Runt, Interval, Dropout, Pattern, Qualified and Video (HDTV supported).
Commonly used functions can be accessed quickly and easily via the user-friendly, one-button shortcuts. The Siglent SDS5004X Digital Storage Oscilloscopes have been designed to ensure they can be operated easily and in a variety of ways, for instance, their capacitive touchscreens support multi-touch gestures. Moreover, these scopes can be operated using an external mouse and keyboard and include an integrated web server for remote operation via the LAN port and a web browser. Alternatively, the Siglent SDS5004X Digital Storage Oscilloscopes can be operated remotely using SCPI control commands.
In addition to providing access to the Siglent SDS5004X Digital Storage Oscilloscopes modes and functions, data is viewable via the large, 10.1”, TFT-LCD display. The screen has a resolution of 1024x600px. It is also equipped with a 256-level intensity grading display function and a colour temperature display mode.
Finally, the Siglent SDS5004X Digital Storage Oscilloscopes are able to support USB Host, USB Device, Pass/Fail, Trigger Out, 10MHz in, 10MHz out, and VGA output interfaces in addition to the aforementioned LAN interface.
The Siglent SDS5004X Digital Storage Oscilloscopes are simple-to-use, innovative and versatile four-channel scope meters.
