The Siglent FX-USB2 Test Fixture is an accessory for the Siglent SDS7000A series digital oscilloscopes that enables them to perform compliance testing for USB 2.0 protocols. The FX-USB2 consists of a test fixture board and 16 pairs of RF cables.
The test fixture board provides differential signal conversion, termination, and filtering functions. The RF cables connect the test fixture board to the oscilloscope and the device under test (DUT).
