FX-ETH/AMETH
These Siglent ethernet test fixtures are compatible with the Siglent SDS7000A series digital oscilloscopes.
The Siglent FX-AMETH can be used to perform compliance testing for 100Base-T1 and 1000Base-T1 protocols, which are widely used in automotive applications. The Siglent FX-ETH can be used to perform compliance testing for 10Base-T, 100Base-TX, and 1000Base-T protocols, which are widely used in network applications.
They both consist of a test fixture board and 16 pairs of RF cables. The test fixture board provides differential signal conversion, termination, and filtering functions. The RF cables connect the test fixture board to the oscilloscope and the device under test (DUT).
