Seaward PV150+ Solar Installation Tester Overview

As the upgraded version of Seaward’s PV150 Solar Installation Tester, the PV150+ is better suited to testing PV modules and strings featuring recent technology advances and associated higher efficiencies. It combines capabilities inherited from its predecessor, such as ground continuity, PV string open circuit, PV string short circuit, and PV array insulation tests, with new features including:

  • Improved capacitive-induced in-rush protection by a factor of 300%
  • Support for safe testing of energised PV arrays
  • Combined PV commissioning tests required by IEC 62446
  • Single-key testing
  • Onboard data storage
  • USB connectivity for data export

Seaward Solar Survey 200R Irradiance Meter Overview

Seaward’s Solar Survey 200R Irradiance Meter measures irradiance, temperature, roof pitch, and orientation. This rugged instrument is suitable for continuous data collection and can store up to 5000 test records which may be exported via its USB port. It also offers a selectable sample rate and a battery life that lasts for more than 2000 readings. Finally, SolarLink technology allows the Seaward Solar Survey 200R Irradiance Meter to interface with the Seaward PV150+ Solar Installation Tester.
