Test the accuracy of PAT testers, installation (multifunction) testers, earth bond testers, earth continuity testers and RCD testers with Seaward's comprehensive calibration checkbox!
Ideal for use in the time period between official calibration by a certified laboratory, this checkbox tests the ongoing accuracy of all common parameters associated with the instrument under test. It can be used to quickly and fully test earth continuity, insulation resistance, RCD trip time, RCD trip current, Loop, PE conductor current, touch current and can also perform flash testing.
When testing RCDs you can relax as the Powercheck 1557 is designed not to trip RCDs. It can also be used to test earth bond/continuity testers to 25A and comes built into its own protective, robust hard carrying case to ensure protection of the instrument in absolutely any environment.
The Powercheck 1557 is also compliant with NICEIC and NAPIT standards and has been certified as testing in line with BS 7671, BS EN 61557 and the IET Code of Practice.
