Optimise your production line safety testing with Seaward Clare's HAL103, a powerful, multifunctional hipot tester made for checking the safety of electrical and electronic items.
This is the upgraded version of Seaward's HAL102; the main difference between the two is the HAL103 also includes an earth/ground bond testing mode. It can also perform AC and DC flash/hipot tests, checks DC insulation resistance and also has an ARC detection mode.
Seaward HAL safety testers are made with speed and convenience in mind; the HAL103 includes a wide range of different tests and functionality, allowing you to perform everything from fully configurable manual testing to high volume automated testing. You can choose between three modes on the HAL103 - automatic mode will automatically cycle through tests on connected equipment, manual mode gives you full control and the PC mode allows you to control the unit remotely using a compatible PC or laptop (requires E-Base software package, sold separately).
Once you're done testing, all data is seamlessly saved into the HAL103's 6000 record non-volatile memory. Product details, the user, location, site and the date/time can all be stored, with the ability to send all data into the optional software package for further analysis once testing is completed.
There's much more to this tester too; the HAL103 includes a large-size, graphical LCD display, starts up fast and has fully isolated test outputs in compliance with EN50191.
