The Seaward Apollo 400+ PAT Tester has been designed for mid-volume testing of workplace appliances in accordance with the IET’s 5th Edition Code of Practice.
To this end, it includes an onboard memory (with the capacity to hold up to 2000 test results) as well as an eclectic array of electrical tests such as:
This instrument is also capable of performing point-to-point testing for earth continuity and insulation resistance (optional accessory required). Further to this, the user can customise this unit through the creation of up to twenty-five electrical and visual inspection sequences. This adds to the adaptability, versatility and convenience of this instrument.
This tester is an updated version of the Apollo 400 PAT and as such includes a number of improvements to its firmware and hardware which also add to this instrument’s adaptability, versatility and convenience.

Hardware Update
As mentioned above the Seaward Apollo 400+ PAT Tester is an updated version of the Apollo 400. The design of this new instrument has not varied dramatically, for instance, it still includes a QWERTY keyboard and high-definition colour display, however; a number of updates have also been included.
It is supplied with a wiring harness and test leads with strong PVC insulation and resilient probes. The Seaward Apollo 400+ PAT Tester also features an interchangeable, rechargeable battery which reduces downtime.
