The Seaward 423A912 is a combination of the Seaward 423A910 Dual Live Line Tester MKII and the Seaward 423A911 PH3-LLT MKII Proving Unit.
Ideal for live line testing on systems up to 1100V DC and is encapsulated in a high-impact rugged enclosure with high-visibility cable. The unit is fitted with high-intensity red LED indicators and a polarizing filter on each handle makes it visible, even in direct sunlight.
Designed specifically for live line applications, the LLT MK2 enables the user to check that conductor rails have been isolated before maintenance or inspection work commences on rail track systems.

The PH3 MK2 is a highly portable, battery-powered unit for proving the live line testers' function in the field. This proving unit produces a DC output voltage from a 9v PP3 battery source that lights up the red indicator when active.
It is essential to prove that the Live Line Tester is functional both before and after testing the DC system to be worked on. The MK2 version has an integrated case that protects the unit when not in use. The wider base improves stability when using the unit in the field and also holds the operating instructions for added convenience and ease of use.
