Sauter TVS Stepper Motorised Premium Test Stands – Choice of Model

The Sauter TVS Stepper Motorised Premium Test Stands can be used with a variety of Sauter’s force and length measuring instruments to perform compression and tension force tests. These instruments are supplied with a Sauter LA Length Measuring Instrument, providing a readout of 0.01mm.

PLEASE NOTE that in order to conduct force-displacement tests the Sauter TVS Stepper Motorised Premium Test Stands must be purchased with Sauter’s LB Digital Sliding Calliper Length/ Distance Meter and Sauter’s AFH FD Force-displacement Data Transfer Software (sold separately) OR with the Sauter LD Linear Potentiometer and Sauter’s AFH LD Force-displacement Data Transfer Software (sold separately).

Each of the Sauter TVS Stepper Motorised Premium Test Stands is equipped with two 1135mm guide columns and a stepper motor. The long guide columns provide a large working area ensuring that the Sauter TVS Stepper Motorised Premium Test Stands are able to accommodate a variety of fixing options for a number of instruments. The step motor also expands the Sauter TVS Stepper Motorised Premium Test Stands’ scope-for-use and improves the precision with which it can be operated.

The inclusion of a stepper motor ensures that the user can conduct tests at the slowest speed with the maximum load; it also enables him/her to perform tests at a constant speed from the smallest to the maximum load. Furthermore, the user is able to adjust the speed precisely. The Sauter TVS Stepper Motorised Premium Test Stands also allow for higher positioning accuracy as well as precise starting and stopping, without follow-up movement, across the entire speed range.

Additionally, the Sauter TVS Stepper Motorised Premium Test Stands’ maximum travelling distance is protected by electronic switches.

The Sauter TVS Stepper Motorised Premium Test Stands also include a premium operating panel. Via this panel, the user is able to view the digital speed display, as well as access the digital Repeat function. In addition to operating the Sauter TVS Stepper Motorised Premium Test Stands via their premium operating panels, they can be controlled using Sauter’s AFH Force-displacement Data Transfer Software.
