Sauter TB-US Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges – Choice of Model

The Sauter TB-US Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges are available in two models that vary in regards to their areas of application. Please see the table below for an overview of these two models.

The Sauter TB 200-0.1US-RED Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is ONLY able to analyse the following materials: cast iron, aluminium, copper, brass, zinc, quartz glass, polyethylene, PVC, grey cast iron, nodular cast iron and steel.

However, both models feature an external sensor for measuring difficult-to-access areas and can be programmed to display results in either mm or inches. The Sauter TB-US Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges also feature a Zeroing function and are supplied with an incorporated base plate for adjustment.

Additionally, the Sauter TB-US Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges feature an Auto-Power-Off function for conserving battery life and are supplied with a robust carrying case allowing them to be transported between worksites safely.

The practical, compact and effective Sauter TB-US Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges are ideal for measuring the thickness of materials quickly using ultrasonic waves. They are suitable for daily use and for measuring difficult-to-access instruments.
