The FLIR SAROS™ DH-390 2MP Multi-Spectral Intrusion Detection Camera’s wide-area thermal detection ensures that it is capable of monitoring the aforementioned spaces and/or assets effectively. This security camera’s wide monitoring angle also improves its cost-effectiveness as the user does not require as many imagers to monitor an area.
As a result of the two included lepton FLIR thermal sensors, this camera is able to see through sun glare, smoke, rain, dust and light fog. It can also be used to detect intruders in the dark, making it suitable for night-time surveillance. Furthermore, onboard advanced analytics means that the camera is able to classify humans and vehicles, thereby improving alarm accuracy.
This detection camera's alarm accuracy, short response time and actionable alerts enable security personnel to respond more effectively. The inclusion of two-way audio allows security professionals to address disturbances in real-time and from a distance, whilst the white visible-light LED illuminators can be used to deter potential intruders. It also includes 940nm IR illuminators.
Moreover, the 1080-pixel, high-definition optical camera can provide visual identification of any trespassers. This security camera also produces verifiable alarm clips which can be used for police despatch, again allowing the user to respond to disturbances more effectively and efficiently.
