Small, strong, and simple-to-use, the Rothenberger ROMAX 4000 Press Machine is a battery-powered, electro-hydraulic machine for pressing fittings with diameters between 12mm and 110mm (model dependent) using a 32-34kN force. Delivering a three-second press cycle, the Rothenberger ROMAX 4000 Press Machine’s CFT (constant force technology) guarantees a constant thrust during each cycle.
Additionally, the Rothenberger ROMAX 4000 Press Machine features quick-change jaws (jaws not included) with a secure locking system; a safety lock prevents unintentional jaw opening when 180° rotation is required. Furthermore, an emergency stop will instantly interrupt the pressing cycle and withdraw the piston to the start position when engaged.
Lightweight and ergonomic, the Rothenberger ROMAX 4000 Press Machine weighs just 3.6kg and offers balanced weight distribution to reduce fatigue, provide convenient handling, and continuous use. Additionally, the Rothenberger ROMAX 4000 Press Machine’s head can be rotated through 270°, making it suitable for use in confined spaces, while an integrated LED light illuminates the workspace.
Finally, the Rothenberger ROMAX 4000 Press Machine is powered by a high-performance 18V Li-ion battery which enables more pressings per single charge. A battery status indicator displays the remaining charge, while a service indicator gives a visual warning when the Rothenberger ROMAX 4000 Press Machine reaches 40 000 press cycles.
