Robin Amprobe KMP7020 RCD Tester

Regular checks of RCDs are extremely important to ensure that they correctly engage when electrical current is unbalanced. This tester, the Robin-Amprobe KMP7020, is designed to make checking RCDs simple and ensures that they are working correctly.

With three levels of trip current includes (x1/2, X1 and X5), this tester is suitable for use on a complete range of RCD testing applications. Before testing even starts the KMP7020 uses LED indicators to show that the test is correctly configured, ensuring time isn't wasting carrying out testing incorrectly.

Robin-Amprobe actually make two versions of this tester. This version, the KMP7020, comes with a fast trip function for use during RCD testing. The other version, the KMP7021, comes with the ability to carry out ramp testing instead.

Both testers come with a large size LCD screen, have phase switch selection for positive and negative semi-cycle testing and are CAT III 300V safety rated.
