REMS Solar-Push I 80 Electric Filling and Flushing Unit (230 V)

The REMS Solar-Push I 80 has an electric design mounted on a stable, mobile tubular steel frame, ensuring secure standing. It has two large, air-filled tyres that facilitate easy transport across rugged construction sites. The unit weighs just 19 kg and has a practical hose holder.

The plastic tank has a capacity of 30 litres and consists of UV-stabilized polyethylene. It includes a removable filling level indicator and a practical screw cap. A ¾" return connection with an immersion pipe minimises the foaming of the transport medium during transfer to the tank. Additionally, a stop tap simplifies cleaning and facilitates quick changes of the plastic tank when using different transport media.

The unit also has two handles to carry the plastic tank and a high-temperature-resistant connecting hose between the tank and pump. A fine filter in the suction line, with a large viewing window, enables easy monitoring of air residues and contaminants, such as chips and welding residue. This versatile unit allows for filling, flushing, and venting in one action, making it ideal for solar power systems, ground heat systems, underfloor and wall heating, and filling tanks.
