REMS Eskimo Set - Pipe Freezing Device for Carbon Dioxide Coolant

The REMS Eskimo is a versatile pipe-freezing device that uses carbon dioxide refrigerant to freeze-filled pipes for repairs and system extensions without draining. Suitable for steel, copper, plastic, and composite pipes with diameters from ⅛" to 2" (10–60 mm), it can reach temperatures as low as –79°C (–110°F), ensuring rapid cooling with freezing times as short as 5 minutes for ¾" steel pipes. The non-toxic, non-flammable refrigerant is safe and easy to obtain.

This system includes two freeze sleeves in ten different sizes to cover the entire working range, a T-distributor for connecting additional collars, and a secure bottle connection with a locking nut. Ergonomically designed handles with durable brass injectors provide automatic, precise refrigerant flow. Flexible, high-pressure hoses allow a wide work radius and can be extended as needed, all stored in a sturdy case for portability and durability.
