REMS Akku-Press 22V Connected Cordless Radial Press with WiFi

The REMS Akku-Press 22 V Connected produces pipe pressing joints on various press fitting systems. It has Wi-Fi connectivity and an OLED display and is suitable for battery and corded operation. With a powerful Li-Ion 22 V battery, the Akku-Press 22 V Connected can perform secure crimping in seconds, covering pipe diameters up to 110 mm.

The REMS Akku-Press 22V Connected device offers a Wi-Fi connection to the Cloud for data transfer and storage. After registration and with an internet connection, it sends collected data such as measuring and pressing details, error messages, and configurations to the Cloud. Users can access, upload pictures, create reports, and modify drive unit settings through the REMS Service Portal. Any changes are transferred back to the drive unit via the Internet.

Connected functionality delivers real-time pressure monitoring, result display, and geolocation of pressing sites. Users can create detailed reports, including voice recordings and images. Additional configurations allow customisation of parameters such as LED brightness, standby time, and anti-theft usage bars.

The instrument also features a selectable ACC drive mode. When activated, this mode automatically ends the pressing process, emits an acoustic signal, and returns the drive unit to its starting position. If ACC mode is off, the drive unit stops before reaching the required pressure.
