Night Vision Technology
Equipped with proprietary software, cutting-edge electronic components, and signal-processing algorithms, the Pulsar Forward F455S Digital Night-Vision Monocular delivers high sensitivity within the infrared spectrum, as well as excellent passive-mode performance in deep twilight and at night without switching on IR illumination. However, high sensitivity within the infrared range 900 to 950nm means the Pulsar Forward F455S Digital Night-Vision Monocular can be used with invisible IR illuminators.
500m Night Time Viewing Range
The Pulsar Forward F455S Digital Night-Vision Monocular’s high infrared sensitivity combined with its high-resolution display and sensor, eclectic brightness and contrast settings, quality optics, and a powerful built-in IR illuminator provides a night-time detection range of 450-500m.
Invisible IR Illuminator
A removable Pulsar Ultra-X940S IR Illuminator emits invisible infrared illumination with a 940nm wavelength. The Pulsar Ultra-X940S' power level (175, 300, and 700mW) can be adjusted depending on the intensity of the illumination required. Additionally, the optical part of the illuminator may be altered to change the light flux direction for full and uniform illumination of the observation area.
SumLight Function
The SumLight function automatically increases sensor sensitivity to enable passive observation (with IR off) in low light and at night without compromising image quality.
HD Sensor
The Pulsar Forward F455S Digital Night Vision Monocular’s highly sensitive CMOS sensor with a 1280x720px HD resolution provides high-definition images with precise detail rendering.
Video and Sound Recorder
Capture high-quality photos and record videos with sound, these files can be saved to the Pulsar Forward F455S Digital Night-Vision Monocular’s internal memory and/or transferred to a PC/ laptop or smartphone/tablet via wired or wireless connection.
Built-in Wi-Fi and Stream Vision 2 Compatibility
Using the integrated Wi-Fi module, the Pulsar Forward F455S Digital Night-Vision Monocular can be connected to an iOS or Android smartphone/tablet with the Stream Vision or Stream Vision 2 app installed. When the Pulsar Forward F455S is connected to the Stream Vision 2 app, you can stream images to your tablet/smartphone, operate the scope remotely, and update the scope’s software. Additionally, registered users of Stream Vision 2 App will receive cloud storage for saving photos and videos.
The Pulsar Forward F455S Digital Night-Vision Monocular can also be controlled using the Pulsar BT Bluetooth Remote Operating Panel. This wireless remote control may be placed on the handguard or buttstock of your weapon, allowing you to operate the Pulsar Forward F455S Digital Night-Vision Monocular with minimal movements.
Ergonomic, Rugged and Waterproof
Featuring a lightweight and rugged magnesium alloy housing, the Pulsar Forward F455S Digital Night-Vision Monocular withstands the recoils of high calibre rifles while increased structural rigidity reduces vibrations during the shot, enhancing ballistics. The properties of magnesium alloy also help to ensure better heat dissipation. High shock resistance means the Pulsar Forward F455S Digital Night-Vision Monocular can be used with high-calibre hunting rifles such as 9.3x64, .30-06, .300, and .375.
In addition to this, a four-point quick bayonet mount with an automatic clamp enables quick attachment to the rifle and provides stability at the point of impact.
Furthermore, the Pulsar Forward F455S Digital Night-Vision Monocular is IPX7-rated: it is fully waterproof. It is also suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +50°C; its frost-resistant AMOLED display provides a fast frame rate and crisp images even at low temperatures.
Quick-Change, Long-Life, Rechargeable Battery Packs
The Pulsar Forward F455S Digital Night-Vision Monocular is powered by an advanced, self-contained, autonomous B-pack power supply system containing a rechargeable IPS7 battery that provides five hours of operating time.
The Pulsar Forward F455S Digital Night-Vision Monocular is a weapon scope allowing you to transform your rifle from day to night hunting mode quickly, easily, and without compromising your shooting style.
