The Protimeter BLD5905 Protimeter Technicians Kit is a comprehensive set of tools for measuring moisture in various building materials, such as wood, drywall, concrete, and insulation.
The Protimeter BLD5905 Technicians Kit is designed for professionals who need to identify, manage, and remediate dampness in buildings. It can help assess indoor air quality, concrete and wood floor moisture, fire and flood damage, and environmental health.
The kit includes a HygroMaster: A thermo-hygrometer that can measure air humidity, temperature, dew point, and infrared surface temperature. It can also calculate psychrometric parameters and store up to 8,000 readings. A SurveyMaster: A dual-function moisture meter that can measure surface and sub-surface moisture levels using search and measure modes. It can detect moisture up to 19 mm below hard surfaces, such as concrete and plaster.
Heavy Duty Hammer Electrode: An electrode that can measure sub-surface moisture in wood using long pins that can penetrate up to 38 mm deep. It can be used with the SurveyMaster or the HygroMaster 2. Deep Wall Probe: A probe that can measure moisture in wall cavities or other confined spaces. It can be used with the SurveyMaster or the HygroMaster 2.
Calibration Check Device: A device that can verify the accuracy of the SurveyMaster's pin mode and the HygroMaster 2's humidity sensor. Data Logging Cable: A cable that can connect the HygroMaster 2 to a PC for data transfer and analysis. QuikStick Sensor: A sensor that can measure air humidity and temperature. It can be used with the HygroMaster 2. Carrying Case: A durable case with foam inserts that can protect and store the meters and accessories.
