PASS PCM-2472 AC/DC True-RMS Solar Clamp Meter

The PASS PCM-2472 AC/DC True-RMS Clamp Meter is a solar clamp meter for measuring the electrical parameters of PV (photovoltaic, aka solar) equipment and troubleshooting problems with industrial/production equipment. To this end, it can measure DC voltage up to 1500V and true-RMS AC voltage up to 1000V, as well as, AC/DC current, resistance, continuity, diode, capacity, frequency, duty cycle, and temperature. The PASS PCM-2472 delivers high accuracy and a fast A/D converting sampling time. Data is indicated on the clamp meter’s TFT colour LCD and can be logged using the AC/DC Clamp Meter’s Trend Capture function. Alternatively, results may be sent to the Thermview+ App, via Bluetooth, for documentation, reporting, and sharing. The PASS PCM-2472 is housed in double-moulded plastic, is IP65-rated, and has a 1.4-inch jaw opening.

Readings can be frozen on the screen using the Hold function or logged with the Trend Capture function.

Bluetooth Connectivity

Integrated Bluetooth facilitates a connection between the PASS PCM-2472 AC/DC Clamp Meter and the Thermview+ App. This allows engineers to document and share data, as well as create reports, using their smartphones. The Thermview+ App is available on Android and iOS.
