The Norbar TTi Ratchet Adjustable N.m Scale Torque Wrenches have an accuracy of ±3% and are compliant with requirements specified by ISO 6789-1:2017. They are easy to adjust and the entire scale can be covered in approximately ten complete turns (number of turns dependent on the model).
