The Norbar Professional Torque Wrenches – Adjustable 16mm Spigot, lbf.ft Scale have been re-engineered to improve their accuracy, durability and comfort. They are constructed from materials resistant to chemicals found in automotive, aviation and industrial environments and feature ergonomic handles covered in a soft-feel, high-grip material ensuring that they can be used comfortably and easily over long periods of time.

All of the Norbar Professional Torque Wrenches are accurate to ±3% ensuring compliance with ISO 6789-2:2017 requirements. The re-engineered design of these tools includes a mechanism optimised for maintaining the specified accuracy over a longer period of time. They also include a TimeStrip® feature which will alert the user when 3-,6-,9- and 12-month recalibrations are due. (Timestrip® is a registered trademark of Timestrip UK Ltd).

These instruments are factory calibrated to ±3% and are supplied with a traceable calibration certificate making them suitable for applications with more stringent quality control processes. Furthermore, the Norbar Professional Torque Wrenches are equipped with a fast and intuitive push/pull lock that prevents the accidental adjustment of set torques, again improving the accuracy and reliability of these tools.

Additionally, the Norbar Professional Torque Wrenches include a long, ‘harmonic drive’ scale and a large scale window improving the visibility and resolution of the lbf.ft scale, thereby facilitating easier and more accurate torque adjustment.
