Norbar Professional Automotive Torque Wrenches– Reversible, Dual Scale

The Norbar Professional Automotive Torque Wrenches– Reversible, Dual Scale have been re-engineered to include improved and new components optimised to maintain accuracy, durability and comfort.

These tools consist of an automotive, reversible ratchet and torque handle, as well as an adjustment lock. The Norbar Professional Automotive Torque Wrenches are also supplied with a carry case (see the table below for exceptions).

Each Norbar Professional Automotive Torque Wrench is compliant with ISO6789-2:2017 requirements and is able to provide readings accurate to ±3% of the measurement. These tools feature a large, easy-to-read scale for viewing measurement results, thereby improving the accuracy of the reading.

In addition to this, the ‘harmonic drive’ scale on these torque wrenches offers an advantage over traditional micrometre-style scales: the Norbar Professional Automotive Torque Wrenches ‘harmonic drive’ scale allows the user to adjust both scales quickly and precisely as a result of its long scale length and subsequent good resolution. Micrometre-style scales cannot offer such high resolution and so cannot provide an accurate setting of the secondary scale,  therefore, the Norbar Professional Automotive Torque Wrenches improve work efficiency.

Another advantageous feature present on the Norbar Professional Automotive Torque Wrenches is the Timestrip® feature.  As a minimum, torque wrenches should be calibrated annually and the Timestrip® feature provides the user with visual reminders for when 12-month calibrations are due, as well as 3-, 6-, and 9-month calibrations.
