The Norbar HT-52 Handtorque Multiplier & NORTORQUE® 60 Torque Wrench Kit has been designed to ensure that the user is equipped with everything he/she requires in order to carry out bolting applications.

Norbar HT-52/ 22.2-AWUR Compact Handtorque Multiplier, 1000 N.m, ½” in, ¾” out Description

The Norbar HT-52/ 22.2-AWUR Compact Handtorque Multiplier features a torque multiplication ratio of 22.2:1, a torque multiplication accuracy of ±4% and a torque range of 1000 N.m. It is also equipped with a ½-inch input square and ¾-inch output square, as well as a 52mm diameter. All these features make the Norbar HT-52/ 22.2-AWUR Compact Handtorque Multiplier ideal for high-torque applications in tight spaces.

As this instrument allows the user to increase the amount of torque applied to a bolt, a smaller torque wrench with a more limited range can be used to perform high-torque applications. This simultaneously solves issues of space, user-strength and safety. The minimalist dimensions, 52mm diameter and lightweight design of the Norbar HT-52/ 22.2-AWUR Compact Handtorque Multiplier all provide excellent access to applications in tight spaces.

Further to this, its lightweight design increases torque capacity and improves the Norbar HT-52/22.2-AWUR Multiplier's safety and ease-of-use. Easy and safe handling are also ensured by the Norbar HT-52/ 22.2-AWUR Compact Handtorque Multiplier's compact design and 48-tooth, anti-wind-up ratchet (AWUR). The AWUR contains the forces generated during tightening.

In addition to an AWUR, the Norbar HT-52/ 22.2-AWUR Compact Handtorque Multiplier is supplied with a steel reaction (reactions in other styles and made of alternative materials are available on request, please call for details PRIOR to purchase), as well as a calibration certificate that is unique to the instrument. The Norbar HT-52/ 22.2-AWUR Compact Handtorque Multiplier is calibrated from 20% of its maximum capacity to ensure the accuracy of calibrated input torque for critical applications.

Norbar NORTORQUE® 60 Push-through Torque Wrench, Dual Scale, 60 N.m/ 45 lbf.ft Description

The Norbar NORTORQUE® 60 Push-through Torque Wrench Dual Scale can be used with the above Norbar HT-52/ 22.2-AWUR Compact Handtorque Multiplier to apply high torques to bolts. This torque wrench has been optimised for a variety of users ranging from professional mechanics to hobbyists.

This torque wrench is dual scale and is able to generate torques from 12 to 60 N.m or 10 to 45 lbf.ft; it is accurate to within ±3% of the reading and is compliant with ISO 6789-1:2017. The Norbar NORTORQUE® 60 Push-through Torque Wrench features a micrometre scale for the primary torque units (N.m) allowing the user to set the correct torque simply. Moreover, its fast and intuitive push/pull lock ensures that the set torque is not altered accidentally.

The push-through design of the Norbar NORTORQUE® 60 Torque Wrench’s ratchet allows the user to control torque in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions. This ratchet also allows the user to access tight spaces as it features a narrow engagement angle of 5°.

The user is able to cover the Norbar NORTORQUE® 60 Push-through Torque Wrench’s entire scale in eight turns. Its light and fast adjustment improve the efficiency with which the wrench can be operated and reduces the effort required to alter the tool. Its hanger feature also helps with adjusting and unlocking the wrench and provides a convenient storage method.
