Mitutoyo Series 264 Digimatic Input Tool: USB (HID) or RS-232C

The Mitutoyo Series 264 Digimatic Input Tools enable measurement data to be easily imported from a Mitutoyo gauge with a Digimatic output to a PC.

Types

There are two types of Mitutoyo Series 264 Digimatic Input Tool available:

• USB: this versions functions as a keyboard interface, converting data into keyboard codes and allowing the Mitutoyo gauge to interface with any software program working off keyboard entries regardless of its operating system; the Mitutoyo Series 264 Digimatic USB Input Tool also enables direct importation of measurement data into a spreadsheet.
• RS-232C: the Mitutoyo Series 264 Digimatic RS-232C Input Tool facilitates serial communication control with a PC (data request command from a PC).
