Metrohm LLT-3.3kV High Voltage Live Line Tester - Full Kit

Suitable for use on lower high voltage systems, this comprehensive HV testing kit allows testing of voltage levels up to 3.3kV.

The main items included as part of this kit are two rods - the first of these is a HV testing rod and measure the level of voltage passing through a system, while the second is a phasing rod used for testing the phases of HV systems. Both rods are designed for use on overhead lines, switchgear and substations and all necessary equipment for attaching to these applications is included as part of the pack.

Each rod is made of high grade materials (fibreglass and polycarbonate) giving them extreme durability and the resilience needed to be used both indoors and outdoors. The LLT-3.3kV is also certified for use in wet conditions, meaning you won't have to wait for it to stop raining in order to test.

The HV rod has an attached analogue meter that is used to show analogue readings of detected voltage. This meter can be rotated 240 degrees around the rod, making viewing the meter always possible when the rod has been rotated in order to attach to a specific system.

Also included in the bundle package are two extension rods, allowing the overall reach of each rod to be extended for more difficult to reach systems. Bent-end adaptors and overhead line adaptors are also included and easily attach to the rods to allow measurements of overhead line HV systems and switchgear.

A proving unit is also included in this pack and it is recommended that this is used both before and after testing with the LLT-3.3kV in order to make sure that testing accuracy is maintained at all times.
