Metrel MI3143 EURO-Z 440V Multifunction Installation Tester

The Metrel MI3143 EURO-Z 440V Multifunction Installation Tester is available as part of a Standard Set or Euro Set; these kits differ in regards to their included test leads, probes and software. Please see the ‘What’s Included?’ section for further information.

The Metrel MI3143 EURO-Z 440V Multifunction Installation Tester can be used to test the effectiveness of automatic trip-out protection in high-voltage equipment such as transformers. It is designed for use with the following Metrel products:

The Metrel MI3143 EURO-Z 440V Multifunction Installation Tester can be controlled using any of the above Metrel products and is capable of Bluetooth communication. It can be powered using a Li-ion battery or via a mains power source and has been optimised for rugged, industrial environments: the Metrel MI3143 EURO-Z 440V Multifunction Installation Tester has an IP rating of 65 with its case closed and is rated IP54 with the case open.

The Metrel MI3143 EURO-Z 440V Multifunction Installation Tester’s extensive measurement capabilities also make it suitable for use in industrial settings. It is capable of conducting highly precise line and loop impedance measurements on AC circuits and can test for partial voltage drops by conducting high-current dR 300A 4-wire loop and line measurements. The Metrel MI3143 EURO-Z 440V Multifunction Installation Tester can also be used for contact voltage measurements and is equipped with the following additional test features:

• High-range impedance measurements in 440V/ 16… 420Hz AC networks
• Ground fault analysis with Contact, Touch and Step voltage
• Selectable test load (33.3% to 100%)
